The colors yellow, blue and scarlet are adapted from the shoulder sleeve insignia of the Armor Center. The badge of the 1st Regiment of Dragoons of 1840 is used in proper colors on the baldric, drums and tabard and in silver on the mace head; the designation DRAGOONS in displayed on all four itemsthe baldric, mace, drums and tabard. The units campaign streamers are indicated on the drums and baldric.
The band regalia were authorized on 31 October 2013.
